目的 探讨手术治疗外伤性脾破裂效果及预后影响因素分析.方法 选择该院收治的外伤性脾破裂患者51例,分析手术治疗的疗效及预后影响因素.结论 51例患者经过治疗后,痊愈49例,死亡1例,好转1例,治愈率为96.1%.受伤后至处理时间、脉率、收缩压、肠麻痹、全腹肌紧张、出血量、脾脏损伤分级、合并其他脏器损伤是影响预后的危险因素.结论 根据外伤性脾破裂患者的具体情况,针对性的选择手术方法,治愈率高,减少了并发症,保留了具备保脾条件患者的脾功能.重视并干预影响脾破裂患者的预后因素,减少并发症的发生率和死亡率.%Objective To investigate efficacy of surgical treatment for traumatic splenic rupture and prognostic factors . Methods We selected 51 cases with traumatic splenic rupture in our hospital , analyzed efficacy of surgical treatment and prognostic factors . Results After treatment of 51 patients,49 cases(96.1% )cured and 1 case died. Period from being hurt to treatment,pulse rate,systolic blood pressure , intestinal paralysis , abdominal tension , blood loss, computed tomography staging and other combined traumatic organ were the risk factors. Conclusion According to the specific situation of patients with traumatic splenic rupture , targeted selecting surgery method has high curative rate,reduce the complications ,retains splenic function of patients with spleen -preserving conditions. It is vital to attach importance to intervene prognostic factors affecting patients with splenic rupture , which can reduce the incidence of complications and mor — tality.
