HPLC法测定逍遥颗粒中栀子苷的含量

摘要

Objective To establish a method for determination of geniposide in Xiaoyao Granules by HPLC . Methods The separation was performed on a COSMOSIL C18 ( 4.6 mm × 150 mm ,5 μm) , with acetonitrile - wate (12:88 ) as mobile phase, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL?min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 238 nm. Results There was good linear relationship between the mass and peak area of geniposide in the range of 0.342 -1.712 μg(r=0. 999 6). The average recovery was 96.9% ,and RSD was 1. l%(n=6). Conclusion The established method is rapid ,simple,accurate and suitable for the quality control of Xiaoyao Granules .%目的 建立逍遥颗粒中栀子苷的HPLC测定方法.方法 色谱柱为COSMOSIL C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-水(12:88),流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为238 nm.结论 栀子苷进样量在0.342～1.712 μg范围内与色谱峰面积之间线性关系良好(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为96.9%,RSD=1.1%(n=6).结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可作为逍遥颗粒的质量控制方法.
