卡介菌多糖核酸联合盐酸氮卓斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

摘要

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of azelastine hydrochloride combined with BCG -PSN(Polysaccharide Nucleic Acidfraction of Bacillus Calmette Guerin ) injection in the treatment of chronic urticaria .Methods A total of 96 patients with chronic urticaria were randomized nto two groups .The treatment group (48 cases) was treated with azelastine hydrochloride (2 mg per time,twice a day ),combined with BCG-PSN( 2 ml per time,three times per week ),while the control group(48 cases) was treated with azelastine hydrochloride(2 mg per time,twice a day ).Total treatment time was thirty days.Its efficacy and adverse reaction were observed during the treatment time and followed up for 1 month.Results The efficiencies of the treatment group and the control group were 87.50%and 60.42%,respectively.There were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusions Azelas-tine hydrochloride combined with BCG -PSN injection in the treatment of chronic urticaria is more effective and safe .%目的：观察卡介菌多糖核酸联合盐酸氮卓斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效，并探讨其安全性。方法将96例慢性荨麻疹患者随机将分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组48例，肌注卡介菌多糖核酸每次2 mL，隔日一次，同时给予盐酸氮卓斯汀每次2 mg，每天2次；对照组48例，单独给予盐酸氮卓斯汀每次2 mg，每天2次；疗程均为30 d。治疗期间观察疗效并记录不良反应，停药一月后复查。结果治疗组总有效率为87．50％，对照组总有效率为60．42％，两组差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05），两组均无明显不良反应。结论卡介菌多糖核酸联合盐酸氮卓斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹治愈率高，安全性好。
