胱抑素C、尿微量清蛋白和糖化血红蛋白联合检测在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的应用

摘要

Objective To investigate the application value of CysC 、UmALB and HbA1c in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods The 121 diabetics in this study were divided into three different groups(DMgroup,Early renal injury group and Dia-betic nephropathy group)according to UmAlb value,CysC、UmALB and HbA1c were measured in all individuals and performed thecomparative analysis in observation group and 45 cases of healthy control group.Results The levels of CysC,HbA1c,UmALB in all di-abetic groups were higher than that of the control group (P <0.05),and their levels in three groups of diabetes increased with the de-gree of renal injury increased,It has significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusions The positive rate and specificity in the early kid-ney damage can be improved by combined detection,It can provide the basis for diabetic nephropathy in early diagnosis and prognosticevaluation.%目的：探讨胱抑素C（CysC）、尿微量清蛋白（UmALB）和糖化血红蛋白（HbA1 C）在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的价值。方法根据24h UmALB水平将患者分为3组：单纯糖尿病组、早期糖尿病肾病组、糖尿病肾病组。对121例糖尿病患者和45例健康对照者，同时进行CysC、HbA1 C、UmALB的浓度检测，并做比较分析。结果糖尿病各组CysC、HbA1 C、UmALB水平均高于对照组（P＜0．05），且三者水平在糖尿病三组随肾损伤程度的上升而增加，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论联合检测可提高早期肾损伤的检出率和特异性，为糖尿病肾病的早期诊断和预后评价提供依据。
