目的：探究术前化疗对局部进展期胃癌患者预后的影响，并为患者制定最佳术后治疗方案。方法根据患者术前是否接受化疗将2005年6月-2010年6月5年间在该院接受治疗的局部进展期胃癌患者90例分为术前新辅助化疗组（即术前化疗）52例与对照组（即单纯手术）38例。检测新辅助化疗组患者接受化疗期间的临床表现，比较两组患者手术治疗情况及术后生存状况。结果新辅助化疗组患者术前化疗有效率为65．5％。两组患者手术治疗情况及术后生存状况88．5％的新辅助化疗组患者接受根治性切除手术治疗，对照组有63．1％患者接受根治性切除手术治疗，二者比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。新辅助化疗组患者生存时间为两年以及两年以上所占比例分别为82．7％和61．5％，与对照组的63．1％和31．6％比较，差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论术前化疗通过降期，提高切除率，改善患者术后生存质量，提高患者预后。%Objective To explore the preoperative chemotherapy affect the prognosis of patients with locally advanced gastric cancer,and optimal postoperative treatments for patients.Methods According to whether patients with preoperative chemotherapy in June2005-June 2010,six years in our hospital treated 90 cases of patients with locally advanced gastric cancer were divided into preopera-tive neoadjuvant chemotherapy group (i.e.,preoperative chemotherapy)52 cases and the control group 38 cases (that is,the simpleoperation).Detection of neoadjuvant chemotherapy group during chemotherapy in patients with clinical manifestations,comparing twogroups of patients with surgical treatment and postoperative survival condition.Results The neoadjuvant chemotherapy group preopera-tive chemotherapy in patients with effective rate was 65.5%.Two groups of patients with surgical treatment and postoperative survivalcondition of 88.5% of the neoadjuvant chemotherapy group patients received radical excision surgery,the control group with 63.1% pa-tients received radical excision surgery,the comparative differences statistically significant (P <0.05 ).Neoadjuvant chemotherapygroup patients survival time for two years and two years accounted for 82.7% and 61.5%,respectively,compared with 63.1% and 31.6% of the control group,significant difference,statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusions By lowering of preoperative chemo-therapy,improving resection rate,improve the quality of life patients,improve patient prognosis .
