HPLC法测定益胆胶囊中甘草酸的含量

摘要

Objective To establish a method for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Yidan capsule.Methods HPLC method wasused in the quantitative analysis using a Diamonsil C18 (250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm)column.The mobile phase was methanol -0.2 mol·L -1 ammonium acetate -acetic acid (67∶33∶1)and detecting wavelength was 250 nm.Results The calibration curve was linear inthe range between 10.15 and 101.5 mg·L -1 for glycyrrhizic acid (r =0.999 9).The average recovery was 97.54% and RSD was0.64%(n =6).Conclusions This method is simple,sensitive,accurate and available for the quality control of Yidan capsules.%目的：建立益胆胶囊中甘草酸含量测定的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱（250 mm ×4．6 mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-0．2 mol·L-1醋酸铵溶液-冰醋酸（67∶33∶1），检测波长为250 nm。结果甘草酸在10．15～101．50 mg·L-1范围内与峰面积值呈良好的线性关系（r＝0．9999），平均回收率为97．54％，RSD为0．64％（n＝6）。结论该法简便、灵敏、准确，可作为益胆胶囊的质量控制。
