抗血小板药物药理作用和临床应用的研究进展

摘要

Platelets play an important role in the physiological hemostasis ,however,it is also involved in some pathological processes , such as thrombosis,atherosclerosis and inflammatory response .Therefore,treatments of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have become an important platelet context .Antiplatelet therapy normally used in clinical treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular dis -eases is the main strategy ,but there are some serious side effects .In the past ten years ,with depth study of the role of new targets ,there have been an increasing number of antiplatelet agents .This article reviews the development of antiplatelet agents ’ action mechanism and clinical research ,providing a reference for the future development of antiplatelet agents .%血小板在生理性止血过程中发挥着重要作用，然而它也参与到一些病理过程中，如血栓形成、动脉粥样硬化和炎症反应等，因此在心脑血管疾病治疗中血小板已成为一个重要靶标。抗血小板治疗在临床上广泛应用，是心脑血管疾病治疗中的主要策略，但存在着一些严重的副反应。在最近十几年，随着对新的作用靶标深入研究，出现了越来越多的抗血小板药物。该文通过综述抗血小板药物作用机制和临床研究进展，为今后研发抗血小板药物提供参考。
