目的：讨论持续护理对于腹膜透析治疗肾病综合征合并急性肾损伤患者的临床疗效。方法选择2011年2月至2013年9月在该院进行腹膜透析治疗的肾病综合征合并急性肾损伤患者40例，对患者出院后1个月和3个月后的肝肾功能、临床疗效、及自我护理能力进行比较。结果患者出院3个月后的总蛋白、白蛋白数值及尿量均显著增高，尿素氮、血肌酐值均明显降低（ P ＜0．05）；同时腹膜炎发生率、治疗总体有效性及自护能力的提升有明显改善（ P＜0．05）。结论持续护理对于帮助腹膜透析治疗肾病综合征伴急性肾损伤的患者的健康恢复、提高患者的自我护理能力及改善临床症状有显著疗效。%Objective To explore the clinical effect of continuing care after the peritoneal dialysis treatment of patients with nephrotic syndrome and acute kidney injury .Methods We selected 40 patients with nephrotic syndrome and acute kidney injury who were trea-ted by peritoneal dialysis in our hospital from February 2011 to September 2013 .Liver and kidney functions ,clinical efficacies and self-care abilities of patients one month and three months after discharge were compared .Results Total protein and albumin and the a-mount of urine were increased significantly three months after discharge while urea nitrogen and serum creatinine were significantly de -creased(P<0.05),at the same time,the incidence of peritonitis,the overall effectiveness of treatment and the self-care ability were im-proved obviously(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuing care has a significant effect on nephrotic syndrome patients with acute kidney injury in improvement of patients ’ self-care and clinical symptoms .
