β榄香烯主要抗肿瘤机制及在非肿瘤性疾病中的研究进展

摘要

Study confirms that β-elemene has broad-spectrum anti-cancer effects against many types of cancer cells,such as glioma,lung adenocarcinoma,thyroid cancer,liver cancer,and ovarian canceretc.Anti-cancer effects of β-elemene are better than traditional chemo-therapy drugs,also showing low toxicity towards normal cells.Meanwhile,the researchers also found the potential role of β-elemene in treatment of non-oncologic diseases.This review addresses research progress on the main anti-tumor mechanisms of β-elemene and its applications in non-oncologic diseases .%β-榄香烯作为一种新兴的抗肿瘤中药，目前已经广泛应用于各种肿瘤的治疗，也可增强多种抗肿瘤中药对胶质瘤、肺癌、甲状腺癌、肝癌和卵巢癌等多种恶性肿瘤的疗效，降低放化疗的毒副作用。同时，科研工作者也对β-榄香烯在非肿瘤疾病中的治疗作用产生极大的兴趣。该文将对β-榄香烯的主要抗肿瘤机制及在非肿瘤疾病中的应用进行综述，希望为今后β-榄香烯的深入研究提供参考。
