血栓弹力图的临床应用及发展

摘要

Thrombelastography (TEG)is an image representing the viscoelasticity changes of blood clot in the process of blood clotting, thereby reflecting the ability of blood clotting and fibrinolysis .TEG is increasingly sued in the fields of cardiac surgery,liver transplan-tation and trauma patient treatment.In this review,we discuss the parameters and diagnostic criteria of TEG and its clinical applica-tions.%血栓弹力图（TEG）是根据凝血过程中凝固动态变化所绘制出的图像，反映了全血的凝血和纤溶能力。该文对TEG的主要参数、诊断标准及其在肝移植、外伤失血性休克、指导个体化血小板治疗和心脏手术等各方面的临床应用进行综述。
