多囊卵巢综合征危险因素及健康教育干预研究进展

摘要

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)is one of the endocrine and metabolic diseases seriously harm to the health of women of childbearing age.Its pathogenesis is not defined so far.Studies have shown that PCOS risk factors can be divided into genetic factors and non-genetic factors.And the genetic factors include obesity,inflammation,social psychology,and other factors.Genetic factors along with a variety of environmental factors work in the body and cause the happening of the disease.In this paper,the pathogenesis of PCOS re-lated risk factors and health education intervention research progress were reviewed in an attempt to provide basic data for the preven-tion and control of the disease.%多囊卵巢综合征（polycystic ovary syndrome，PCOS）是严重危害育龄女性身心健康的内分泌和代谢性疾病之一，其发病机制至今尚无统一定论。研究表明，PCOS发病相关的危险因素主要可分为遗传因素和非遗传因素，其中非遗传因素又包括肥胖、炎症、社会心理等多种因素。而遗传因素又可以与多种环境因素共同作用于机体而导致疾病的发生。该文就PCOS发病的相关危险因素及健康教育干预研究进展作一综述，以期为该病的预防和控制提供基础资料。
