前臂缺血性肌挛缩诊断及治疗方法的研究进展

摘要

With the continuous development of medical technology at home and abroad,the incidence of ischemic contracture of the forearm was significantly lower than that in the last century.But once Volkmann's ischaemic contracture happened under the influence of some factors,its impact on the patient will be disastrous.Prevention is one of the best ways to avoid the occurrence of Volkmann's ischemic contracture and the subsequent serious consequences.In order to help more medical workers to identify the signs of such a disease early for early diagnosis and effective treatment of the patients,this paper reviews the latest research progress on the diagnosis and treatment of Volkmann's ischaemic contracture.%随着国内外医学技术的不断发展,前臂缺血性肌挛缩的发生率相比于20世纪已显著下降,但是在某些因素的影响下,一旦出现前臂缺血性肌挛缩给患者带来的影响都将是灾难性的.预防是避免缺血性肌挛缩发生及其产生严重后果的一个较好的方法.为了让更多的医学工作者早期识别该疾病的症状、体征,使患者能够被早期诊断,进而得到有效的治疗,该研究将对缺血性肌挛缩诊断及治疗方法的最新研究进展进行综述.
