儿童呼吸道异物术后布地奈德加沙丁胺醇雾化吸入辅助治疗效果观察及护理

摘要

目的 探讨儿童呼吸道异物术后布地奈德加沙丁胺醇雾化吸入辅助治疗的疗效观察及护理措施.方法 选取气管、支气管异物患儿80例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40例.给予观察组患儿布地奈德加沙丁胺醇雾化吸入辅助治疗,给予对照组患儿地塞米松雾化吸入辅助治疗,同时对两组患儿进行积极有效的护理,然后对两组患儿的临床疗效进行统计分析.结果 观察组患几中治愈31例,显效5例,有效3例,治疗的总有效率为97.5％ (39/40);对照组患儿中治愈21例,显效4例,有效2例,治疗的总有效率为67.5％ (27/40).观察组患儿治疗的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 儿童呼吸道异物术后布地奈德加沙丁胺醇雾化吸入辅助治疗的疗效显著,积极有效的护理能够强化对患儿治疗的疗效.%Objective To observe the effect of aerosol inhalation of budesonide and salbutamol in children with respiratory tract foreign body.Methods Weselected 80 children with tracheal and bronchial foreign body and assigned them into observation group and control group by random number table.The treatment group was given aerosol inhalation of budesonide plus salbutamol,while the control group was given nebulized inhalation of dexamethasone.The two groups of children were provided with active and effective care,and then the clinical efficacy of the two groups of children was analyzed.Results The total effective rate was 97.5％ (39/40) in the observation group,including 31 recovered cases,5 excellent cases and 3 effective cases,while the total effective rate was 67.5％ (27/40) in the control group,including 21 recovered cases,4 excellent cases,and 2 effective cases.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions Nebulization of budesonide and salbutamolis effective and efficient in the treatment of respiratory tract foreign body in children.
