目的：探讨原发进行性冻僵步态（PPFG）患者非冻僵发作条件下步态运动学和动力学参数是否存在异常，与伴冻僵步态（FOG）的帕金森病（PD）患者（PD －FOG）步态参数是否类似。方法研究对象为7例 PPFG 患者、10例 PD －FOG 患者、20例健康志愿者。使用足底平板压力测试系统定量分析步态时空运动学参数和足底压强动力学参数。结果PPFG 与 PD －FOG 两组的步态时空运动学参数与健康志愿者组相比有类似改变，包括步长减小，步宽增大，摆动相、单足支撑相减小，双足支撑相增大，步速减慢。PPFG 组与健康志愿者组的足底平均压强、最大压强差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。PD －FOG 组的平均压强、最大压强较健康志愿者组小，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。PPFG 组较 PD －FOG 组平均压强增大，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05），而最大压强差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。结论PPFG 患者非冻僵发作条件下步态时空参数发生改变，与PD －FOG 患者类似；足底平均压强和最大压强与健康志愿者组差异不显著。%Objective To investigate whether gait spatiotemporal parameters and plantar pressure in primary progressive freezing gait (PPFG)are altered in similar manner to that of Parkinson’s disease(PD)with freezing gait.Methods We included 7 patients diag-nosed as PPFG,10 patients with PD-FOG and 20 healthy volunteers.Gait spatiotemporal parameters and plantar pressure were measured by computer assisted force plate system.Results PPFG patients had reduced step length,increased step width,shorter swing phase and single support duration,longer double support duration and decreased walking speed.The average and maximum plantar pressures dur-ing walking were not different between PPFG patients and normal controls.In contrast,patients with PD-FOG showed reduced average and maximum plantar pressures when compared to normal subjects.PPFG patients revealed higher average plantar pressure than PD-FOG patients,but the maximum plantar pressures were not different between the two groups.Conclusions The gait spatiotemporal characteristics of PPFG during regular walking without freezing were altered similarly to those of PD patients with freezing gait,while the average and maximum plantar pressures were not different from normal controls.
