Objective To evaluate the clinical value of C-reactive protein (CRP),calcitonin (PCT),neutrophils and lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods 59 patients with AECOPD and 37 patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(SCOPD) were included in the study.The acute exacerbation was classified as pulmonary function gradeⅠ(38 cases),gradeⅡ(11 cases) and gradeⅢ (10 cases).60 healthy people were selected as the healthy group.The values of CRP,PCT,NLRin different groups were measured and there relations of CPR,PCT,NLR and COPD were analyzed.Results The differences of CRP,PCT,NLRin different groups were significant (healthy groups展开▼
