彩色多普勒超声引导斜角进针自动肾活检

摘要

目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声引导斜角进针自动穿刺枪在肾活检中的临床应用.方法 对41例彩超引导下斜角进针巴德(BARD)穿刺枪肾活检和35例B超定位手动肾活检进行回顾性对比分析.结果 DARD穿刺枪自动肾活检一次成功率97.56%,二次成功率100%,活检标本平均长度(13.1±3.51)nnn,肾小球平均数目(15.5±6.5)个,肉眼血尿发生率为2.43%,肾包膜下血肿(≥2.0cm)为0,而B超定位手动法分别为85.71%,60%,(10.8±2.35)mm,(8.5±5.93)个,11.43%,2.86%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义.结论 彩色多普勒超声引导活检枪法具有操作简便、成功率高、并发症少等优点,值得广泛推广.%Objective To discuss the efficacy of ultrasound-guided through an oblique angle puncture renal biopsy using an BARD automated biopsy gun. Methods The results of 41 cases of color Doppler ultrasound guided through an oblique angle puncture automatic re-nal biopsy using BARD and 35 cases of ultrasound guided located manual needle renal biopsy were analyzed retrospectively. Results Once successful biopsy rate was 97.56%, twice successful biopsy rate was100 %, the average length of renal sample was 13.1±3.51 centimeter, the av-erage number of glomeruli was 15.5±6.5,the rate of gross hematuria was 2.43% and renal minor hematoma was 0 respectively in the former group and 85.71%,60%, 10.8±2.35 centimeter,8.5±5.93, 11.43%,and 2.86% respectively in the latter group.Two groups had significant differ-ences (P<0.05). Conclusion This method is not only easy to practice,but also has higher successful puncture rate with low occurrence of complications.
