目的 探讨大剂量甲基强的松龙冲击治疗浸润性突眼疗效及有效护理方法.方法 收集安徽医科大学第一附属医院内分泌科2008年1月至2011年3月浸润性突眼住院患者54例,应用大剂量甲基强的松龙冲击治疗,患者心理、饮食、眼睛等多方面积极完备的护理,进行疗效评价及分析.结果 配合落实多项护理措施,15例(27.8％)患者经甲基强的松龙冲击治疗后治愈,治疗显效、有效分别为19例、15例,治疗总有效率约94.4％,仅3例患者为治疗无效.随访发现1例患者12个月后复发.4例患者出现体质量增加,停用激素后体质量恢复正常.治疗期间54例患者均未出现严重并发症.结论 大剂量甲基强的松龙冲击治疗浸润性突眼过程中,通过制定周密的治疗方案,认真落实各项护理措施,提高患者治疗的依从性,疗效显著且复发率低.%Objective To summarize the nursing experience of high-dose methylprednisolone intravenous pulse therapy for infiltrative exophthalmos. Methods 54 patients with infiltrative exophthalmos were retrospectively analysed in this study, who were treated with high-dose methylprednisolone intravenous pulse therapy. Close observation and several nursing interventions were carried out aimed at various conditions. Results 15 patients(27.8%)were cured in this study. The total effective rate was 94.4% in 54 patients by high-dose methylprednisolone intravenous pulse therapy, and only 3 patients were invalid. Body weight was raised in 4 patients in the study and put back when the treatment was stopped. The severe complication and side effect did not occur in 54 patients. Conclusion Close observation and timely nursing interventions are key points to ensure curative effect and safety for infiltrative exophthalmos, which is through intravenous pulse therapy by high-dose methylprednisolone.
