目的 使用平衡仪研究正常男女不同状态下站立平衡能力,比较分析不同状态下男女站立平衡能力的差异.方法 20例男性和20例女性受试者,分别在睁眼(睁眼阶段分为双腿站立及单腿站立)和闭眼站立状态下,采用平衡仪同步记录受试者平衡相关参数,并分析两组数据之间的差异.结果 睁眼状态下,在抬腿过程中,男性重心移动轨迹总长度(238.35±46.54)cm大于女性(210.19+23.69)cm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).睁眼状态下,左脚站立时,男性重心在X轴摆动轨迹长度(0.025±0.005)cm大于女性(0.021±0.003)cm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性重心在Y轴摆动轨迹长度(0.015±0.004)cm大于女性(0.012±0.003)cm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性重心在X轴摆动速度(4.91±1.19)cm/s大于女性(4.13±0.63)cm/s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性重心在Y轴摆动速度(3.04±0.79)cm/s大于女性(2.36±0.57)cn/s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 正常青年女性睁眼状态下,抬脚过程中及左脚站立时,平衡能力大于男性.平衡仪对青年男女在各状态下的平衡差异能做出准确的评估.%Objective Using the balance performance monitor to investigate the normal balance ability human body, and compare the difference between the men and women. Methods Twenty men were set as a group, and 20 women as another group. They were assessed with the balance performance monitor,and standing balance functions were recorded under the conditions of the eyes opened and closed at each assessment session. All the tests were done by the same tester. SPSS version 16.0 was used to analyze the data. Results The results demonstrated that in lifting legs process with eyes open, the total length of gravity track of men was(238.35 ±46.54cm) longer than women (210.19 ± 23.69cm) (P < 0.05 ). In lifting left leg state with eyes open, the X axis of men was (0. 025 ± 0. 005cm) longer than women (0.021 ± 0.003cm) ( P < 0.05 ), the velocity in the X axis of man was (4. 91 ± 1.19 ) cm/s and bigger than women (4.13 ± 0.63 cm/s ), the velocity in the Y axis of man was( 3.04 ± 0.79 ) cm/s bigger than women( 2.36 ± 0.57 ) cm/s, and the parameter values between two groups showed significant difference (P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion with eyes open the balance ability of woman is better than men. The Balance performance monitor has high validity and sensitivity.
