目的 探讨非体外循环下序贯吻合冠脉搭桥术的临床疗效.方法 冠心病患者20例择期手术,均采用非体外循环下,序贯吻合的方式行冠状动脉旁路移植术.术中精细操作,围手术期应用血管活性药物进行有效的心血管功能支持.结果 20例患者分别搭桥3～6支,手术经过均顺利,围术期无严重并发症发生,术后第1d均顺利拔管转入普通病房.术后平均住院天数1 d,半年内随访患者心功能Ⅰ一Ⅱ级.结论 非体外循环下序贯吻合的冠脉搭桥方法简单有效,患者并发症少、预后好.%Objective To review the curative effect of off - pump coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCABG) utilizing the sequential anastomosis. Methods 20 patients with coronary artery disease underwent selective OPCABG utilizing the sequential anastomosis. Sophisticatedly using vasoactive agent to support Cardiovascular function perisurgicall intraoperatively. Results The number of grafts was 3 - 6 respectively for the 20 patients. The operation was successful. No serious complications happened perisurgically. All the patients were extuhated and transferred to general ward in the first day post anesthesia. The average hospital stay of each patient was 10 days. The heart function of these patients followed up in six months was Ⅰ - Ⅱ. Conclusion The approach of off - pump coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCABG) utilizing the sequential anastomosis is simple and effective with less complication,and with satisfactory prognosis.
