经直肠超声初筛前列腺癌的体会

摘要

目的 探讨经直肠超声检查对前列腺癌的诊断价值.方法 将我院2006年1月至2011年1月经直肠超声检查提示为前列腺癌的32例患者与手术切除后的病理诊断进行对照分析,统计分析两者的符合率.结果 经直肠超声检查诊断前列腺癌的诊断符合率为87.5%.结论 经直肠超声检查有助于前列腺癌的诊断,并能为临床分期提供依据.%Objective To explore the diagnostie value of transrectal ultrasound examination in prostate cancer. Methods A check analysis was made between 32 cases that underwent transrectal ultrasound examination for prostate cancer from January 2006 to January 2011 in our hospital and their pathological diagnosis after the resection through prostate surgery, and the coincidence rate of the two was statistically analysed. Results The coincidence rate of cancer diagnosis by rectum ultrasound examination was 87. 5%( 28/32 ). Conclusion The transrectal ultrasound examination is helpful to the diagnosis of prostate cancer, and can provide a basis for clinical stages.
