某三级中医院2010年至2012年住院费用统计分析

摘要

目的：对住院费用的构成、存在问题和影响因素进行分析，探讨控制医疗费用不合理增长的措施。方法对出院患者的费用资料进行比较，并采用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果住院患者费用在持续快速增长，主要原因是药占比的居高不下，其次是治疗费、检查费的快速增长。结论政府应多方面、多手段强化补偿机制和监管机制。医院也应根据各科室住院患者的具体情况，合理分配资源，提高医院服务效率和中医药服务参与率，努力降低住院患者的住院费用。%Objective Analysis on the form of hospitalization expenses,existence problems and influencing factors,to investigate the measures of controlling the irrational increase of medical expenditure.Method Comparative analysis of patients discharged cost data,and the statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS software.Result The inpatient expenses has continued increaseing at a rapid growth,the main reason is Drugs proportion high,followed by the rapid growth of the cost of treatment ang the inspection fee.Conclusion The government should enhance the compensation mechanism and supervision mechanism from more aspects and multiple methods.according to the specific situation of each department of the hospitalized patients,The hospital should rational Distribution the resources,improve the efficiency of hos-pital services and traditional Chinese medicine service participation rate,Strive to reduce the hospitalization cost.
