目的：探讨重复经颅磁刺激对抑郁症患者家庭功能的影响。方法将166例抑郁症患者按照入院顺序随机编入对照组和研究组。对照组采用抑郁症常规治疗，研究组采用重复经颅磁刺激治疗。两组分别采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、家庭功能评定量表（FAD）对抑郁症患者的症状改变和家庭功能变化进行评估。结果两组患者疗效差异无统计学意义（χ2＝1．98，P＞0．05）；对照组和研究组治疗前后组内比较，HAMD、HAMA评分差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；第6周两组间FAD总分、问题解决、情感介入评分比较差异有统计学意义（t＝2．27、2．22、2．16，P＜0．05）。结论和单独使用文拉法辛组比较，重复经颅磁刺激可以有效改善抑郁症状及其家庭功能。%Objective To study the influence of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on the family function in patients with depression. Methods A total of 166 patients with depression were divided into study group and control group according to the set sequence. The study group were simulated by repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation and the control group received routine cure. All patients were assessed by Hamilton depression scale (HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA),and family assessment table (FAD). Results There was no statistically difference in the clinical curative effect between the two groups(χ2 =1. 98,P>0. 05). The difference in HAMD,HAMA score was statistically significant between the 0th,6 th weeks of the two groups (P<0. 05). In the 6th weeks,the difference in FAD total score,problem solving,emotional involvement was statistically significant between the two groups (t=2. 27,2. 22,2. 16,P<0. 05). Con-clusion The repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation can improve family function in patients with depression compared to the use of ven-lafaxine alone.
