不同环境条件对黑杨派杨树种子萌发及成苗率的影响

     

摘要

本文研究了不同温度、不同基质含水量、不同光照强度对杨树种子发芽与成苗的影响。结果表明,不同温度梯度与基质含水量对杨树种子的发芽率与成苗率产生显著影响,光照强度对杨树种子的发芽与成苗影响不显著。当外界温度达到25益时萌发率、成苗率最高,达到87.42%、63.40%,同等条件显著高于10益、20益、30益、35益时杨树种子的萌发率、成苗率;基质含水量为55%时,杨树种子的萌发率和成苗率达到最高,分别为85.78%、75.34%。相关性分析表明,萌发率与温度、基质含水量、光照强度间呈正相关关系,相关系数分别为0.9361、0.5689、0.1431。成苗率与温度、基质含水量、光照强度间呈正相关关系,相关系数分别为0.8014、0.5316、0.8735。%In this paper effects of different temperature gradient, substrate water content gradient and light intensity gradient on germination and seedling rates of Populus aigeiros seeds were studied. The results showed that different temperature gradient and substrate water content gradient had significant effects on germination and seedling rates of Populus aigeiros seeds, while different light intensity gradient showed little influence on them. When the temperature reached 25℃, the germination and seedling rates of Populus aigeiros seeds reached the peaks of 87.42% and 63.40% respectively,significantly higher than those at 10℃,20℃,30℃and 35℃on the same conditions. When the substrate water content was 55%, the germination and seedling rates reached the peaks of 85.78% and 75.34% respectively. Correlation analysis showed that the germination rate was positively correlated with the temperature,substrate water content and light intensity with the correlation coefficients of 0.9361*, 0.5689 and 0.1431 respectively. The seedling rate was positively correlated with the temperature, substrate water content and light intensity with the correlation coefficients of 0.801 4,0.531 6 and0.873 5.
