对建设工程项目有效最低价中标的分析

摘要

The bid mode of winning the bid at the reasonable lowest price has been carried out for the construction project at some places of China in recent years, which saved capital investment for the government, standardized the bidding market of construction project, and guaranteed the construction of capital facilities for the local government as well. But there are still some issues that need to improved in this bid mode and this paper will make analysis of the said issues.%有效最低价中标作为建设工程项目招投标市场的一种运作方式,近年在全国一些地方实施以来,通过集中到招投标统一市场等建设项目有形市场上运作,既控制了政府大量资金支出,又规范了建设工程项目招投标市场,同时也保障了地方城市基础设施建设,此举一定程度上实现了地方政府实施此方式的初衷,但也需要在运行中结合实施情况不断改进完善,文章就此进行了分析.
