广西田林传统食品八渡笋的民族植物学研究

摘要

为了进一步合理开发利用广西田林传统食品八度笋资源,通过实地调查、文献查阅、民间访问等方式进行研究,结果表明八度笋不仅被人们用作食材,在药用、生活制品、工业制品、装饰工艺品、建筑制品等方面使用也很广泛,并以此为根据提出合理开发八渡笋资源的建议。%In orde to explore reasonably and make the best utilization of the resource of D.latiflorus Munro,one of the traditional food in Tianlin GuangXi,it was investigated by field survey,consulting document and civilian visit.The result showed that the D.latiflorus Munro was used by people not only for food,it was extensive used in medical treatment,life products,industrial products,adornment and building products.Some opinions are advanced base on the results.
