我国山区农村发展羊肚菌规模种植的可行性分析

摘要

Although Morchella cultivation is not mature now, but semi-manual cropping patterns has gradually emerged in some mountainous rural areas. In this paper, the feasibility of Morchella large-scale planting in mountainous rural areas has been analyzed, and there are many favorable conditions for large-scale cultivation of Morchella in these areas;In the current conditions, it is entirely feasible for farmers to development Morchella planting in large-scale in mountainous rural areas.%目前羊肚菌全人工种植技术尚不成熟,但仿野生的半人工种植已在一些山区农村逐渐兴起。通过对我国山区农村发展羊肚菌规模种植的可行性进行分析论证,认为目前许多山区农村具有发展大规模羊肚菌种植的有利条件;在目前条件下,山区农村利用当地羊肚菌野生资源进行仿野生人工栽培是完全可行的。
