该文主要研究了水温对云斑尖塘鳢幼鱼摄食和生长的影响。试验共设4个温度（23℃、26℃、29℃和32℃）处理组，每组设3个平行，试验周期45d。结果表明：随着水温的升高，云斑尖塘鳢幼鱼摄食率逐渐升高，32℃时最高；相对增重率、特定生长率和饲料转化效率则呈现先升高后下降的趋势，29℃时达到最大值。方差分析表明，29℃试验组的特定生长率和饲料利用效率均显著高于其他各组（p＜0.05）；23℃摄食率最低，与其他组差异显著（p＜0.05），另外3个温度组之间无显著性差异（p＞0.05）。本研究表明，水温对云斑尖塘鳢幼鱼的摄食和生长有显著性影响，水温在29℃时幼鱼的摄食状态最佳，生长最快。%Effects of water temperature on feeding and growth in juvenile Oxyeleotris marmoratus Bleeker were studied.The juveniles were reared at a temperature of 23℃,26℃,29℃ and 32℃ with triplica-tion for 45 days.The results show that with the temperature raising,feeding rate was increased and reached a maximum at 32℃,while weight gain rate,specific growth rate and feed efficiency were increased at first and then decreased and reached a maximum at 29℃.Analysis of variance shows that the specific growth rate and feed efficiency increased significantly at 29℃(p0.05).The find-ings indicate that the effects of water temperature on feeding and growth of juvenile Oxyeleotris marmora-tus Bleeker was significant,and the juveniles show the best feeding and growth at a temperature of 29.
