清肺颗粒中桔梗薄层鉴别方法的改进

摘要

目的：改进清肺颗粒中桔梗的薄层鉴别方法。方法：以桔梗为对照药材，采用TLC法进行鉴别研究。结果：供试品色谱中，检出与桔梗对照药材相同颜色的斑点，缺桔梗阴性对照无干扰。结论：建立的方法专属性强，重现性好，可用于清肺颗粒中桔梗的定性鉴别。%Objective:To improve the TLC identification of Radix platycodonins in Qingfei Granules. Meth-ods:To study by TLC,with Radix platycodonins as the reference substance.Result:The test samples and the respective reference substance were alike in that the same color chromatographic spots. The negative control had no such spots. Conclusion:The method was sensitive,with strong specificity and reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of Qingfei Granules.
