中国高炉实现低碳低成本炼铁问题探讨

     

摘要

In view of these factors such as the current guiding principles for low carbon ironmaking formulated by our country, the headache of relative high cost ironmaking and the target for promoting low cost ironmaking wanted by iron & steel enterprises, the consumption of carbon during ironmaking by a blast furnace is analyzed by both methods of Rist operating line and - d. Based on the systematic analysis for the cost of ironmaking by the furnace blast it is conclude that the calculated results of carbon consumption of ironmaking by BF by using these two calculation methods are almost identical with low margin of error from 1% to 2% and also providing that the CO the heat consumption between 55% and 58% is close to 9 GJ/t, the carbon consumption for smelting pig iron per one unit can reach the target value of low carbon ironmaking by BF. At present, the fuel ratio of ironmaking by BF in China is higher than that of low carbon ironmaking by over 80 kg/t. However even the price of raw materials and fuels is low, it doesn't mean to cut down the cost for ironmaking and so it is a must that the production cost for ironmaking should be calculated and evaluated based on comprehensive cost of coke, coal fine, flux, ore and sinter. Due to the current situation of the excess capacity, the staff for operating a BF should change their minds for only increasing the output of BF, but ensuring the smooth and stable operation of BF and keeping stable gas volume at the bosh of BF so as to realize the target low carbon and low cost ironmaking.%针对当前国家制定的低碳方针及炼铁成本偏高、钢铁企业追求低成本炼铁的目标,采用Rist操作线法及- d两种方法分析了高炉炼铁过程中的碳消耗。对高炉炼铁成本进行系统分析得出:两种方法计算出的高炉炼铁碳消耗结果基本相同,误差范围在1%~2%;在 CO 55%~58%热消耗接近9 GJ/t的情况下,单位生铁的碳消耗是高炉炼铁的低碳目标,目前中国高炉的燃料比要比低碳炼铁的燃料比高出80 kg/t以上;原燃料价格低并不等于生铁成本低,应根据焦炭、煤粉、熔剂、矿石及烧结矿的综合成本来科学计算评估炼铁生产成本。由于当前产能过剩,高炉工作者应从追求产能转变为保证炉况顺行、稳定炉腹煤气量、实现低碳低成本炼铁。
