矿山烧结环冷风机故障诊断

利用便携式振动检测设备Leonova与手持设备Ti20热像仪，对大量烧结环冷风机进行检测、数据采集与分析，根据标准来评定烧结环冷风机设备的运行状态，发现具有潜在故障的风机，找出故障来源，提出解决方案，为设备管理者提供科学、合理的维修建议，保证设备稳定运行。%A large number of circular coolers for sintering were checked by the portable vibration testing equipment Leonova and the handheld Ti20 thermal imager for collecting the data to be analyzed. In accordance with the specifications the operating state of the circular coolers for sintering was judged so as to detect the circular coolers with possible incipient failures so that the sources of failures on the part of these coolers and corresponding solutions can be worked out, which can provide the scientific and reasonable maintenance suggestions for the equipment managers to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
