Combining the electromagnetic steel-tapping process with electromagnetic steel-tapping expert system is conductive to further achieve efficient and accurate steelmaking. In terms of the functional requirement required by the electromagnetic steel-tapping expert system, the cor-responding operation interface and subsystem function were designed. Based on the MATLAB sim-ulation test, the newly designed operation interface and subsystem function can meet the actual re-quirements asked by steelmaking, which provided the basis for development and application of electromagnetic steel-tapping expert system based on intelligentialize.%将电磁出钢技术与电磁出钢专家系统相结合,有利于进一步实现高效率、高精度的炼钢生产.针对电磁出钢专家系统的功能需求,设计了子系统功能及相应的操作界面.通过MATLAB仿真测试,能够满足现场生产的实际要求,为电磁出钢专家系统的智能化开发与应用提供了依据.
