The application of the ACS800 frequency converte r onto the main hoisting mechanism to the casting crane used by No.5 production line in No.3 Branch of General Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. was introduced. According to the converter such information as the selection of its components, parameter settings, common troubles and trouble-shooting methods can be available. And also owing to the ACS800 frequency converter system the causes leading to troubles in the light of trouble codes can be troubleshot.Based on the troubleshot results the trouble judging, trouble-checking and trouble-shooting can be made so that the trouble-shooting time was shortened and the failure rate of the equipment was reduced while the operating efficiency of the casting crane was improved.%介绍了ACS800变频器在鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂三分厂5#生产线铸造起重机主起升机构的应用,包括组件选择、参数设置、常见故障及处理方法等,该系统根据故障代码查找故障原因,能够快速判断、排查及处理故障,缩短故障处理时间,减少设备故障率,提高起重机的工作效率.
