Colorimetric measurement of available P extracted with 0. 5 mol L-1 NaHCO3 solution (Olsen method) is widely used in calcareous soils as a routine method. However, the procedure of colorimetry is relatively complicated that does not only cause consumption of large numbers of labor, time and chemical reagents, but also induce great variation and errors due to such operations as dilution and removal of bubbles in the solution. In this paper, optimal conditions or factors affecting measurement of available P in calcareous soil by continuous auto-analyze was investigated in comparison with conventional colorimetric method. The results are helpful and useful for improving soil available P measurement efficiency and precision.%针对传统比色法测定石灰性土壤速效磷耗工费时,试剂消耗量大、试验成本高,操作过程中样品稀释、人为清除气泡会增加测定结果误差,通过与传统方法比较,确定了连续流动分析仪测定土壤速效磷的最佳条件,提高了测定效率.
