本文建立了一种高效液相色谱-氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定大米中无机砷的新方法.该方法对4种砷形态的检出限为0.005~0.008 μg/L,线性范围达2个数量级以上.将该方法用于大米中无机砷的检测,实际样品的加标回收率在95.7%~107.5%之间,样品连续进样5次,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5%.%A new method was developed for determination of inorganic arsenic in rice by HPLOHG-AFS. The detection limit of four kinds of arsenic was decreased to 0. 005 0. 008μg/ L. The linear ranges were beyond two orders of magnitude. The method was applied to the determination of inorganic arsenic in rice. The recoveries of spiked standard were 95. 7% - 107. 5%. RSD of the peak area for the five successive injections of irrigation water was<5%.
