HMI-ICP-MS和AAS测定大米中微量元素的方法比较

             

摘要

目的:探讨带高基体进样系统(HMI)ICP-MS测定大米中微量元素的可行性,并与原子吸收(AAS)测定方法进行比较。方法:将大米消解后分别用HMI-ICP-MS和AAS测定其中铁、铜、锌、镉。结果2种方法对国家标准参考物质大米粉的检测结果均在可信范围内。结论:HMI-ICP -MS可以准确快速地测定大米粉中的微量元素,并可以耐受更高的总固体含量。%Objective:To research the feasibility of determination of trace elements in rice by an induc-tively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) with high matrix sample introducing system (HMI) and compare with the result of detecting by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) .Method:Rice samples were digested and determined Iron ,Copper ,Zinc and Cadmium by HMI-ICP-MS and AAS. Result :The results of determination are within the scope of standard reference rice. Conclusion :It is accurate and rapid determination of trace element in rice by HMI-ICP-MS and allowe higher total dissolved solids.
