建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定增碳剂中SiO2、Al2O、CaO、MgO、Fe2O3和TiO2含量的方法.采用高温熔融结合15%稀盐酸浸取熔块前处理试样,确定了各元素的分析谱线,采用稀释法消除基体效应.实验结果表明:各元素线性良好,相关系数均在0.999以上,检出限为:0.002~0.020μg/g;各氧化物的相对标准偏差均小于5%,回收率在96.4%~104.2%之间.建立的方法准确、简单、全面,满足增碳剂中氧化物分析要求.%The six oxides SiO2,Al2O3,CaO,MgO,Fe2O3 and TiO2 in recarburize were determined.The experimental results showed that the linear of each element was good and all the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999.The detection limit was 0.002-0.020μg/g.The relative standard deviation (RSD) for each oxide was less than 5%,and the recoveries were 96.4%-104.2%.The method is applicable and accurate.
