在线针孔检测装置在Achenbach铝箔分卷机上的应用探讨

论述了铝箔针孔的检测方法和装置，系统分析了装置的结构和检测原理，提出了在线分析的可行性和具有的优势。%There is a large gap between the quality level of domestic aluminum foil and abroad, mainly in quantity and the size of the pinhole. Pinhole is one of the main defects of aluminum foil and is the most serious defects. The traditional pinhole test were the sampling of head tail, which belonged to the sampling test, the results were not reliable or not comprehensive. Online pinhole test devices obtain the change signals by aid of detection sensor,combining with the advanced pinhole analysis function, so the detection results are comprehensive and accurate.
