热轧3003合金板带材生产工艺优化

摘要

通过生产实践，依据铝及合金板带材缺陷的影响因素，确定了热轧3003合金板带材导致表面晶粒粗大的原因，优化了该产品的生产工艺制度。%Cause of surface grain coarse of hot-rolled 3003 aluminum alloy plate and strip was determined by aid of production practice and effect factors of aluminum and its alloy defects, and production process system of the products were optimized.
