防止1050合金铸锭氧化膜缺陷的措施和方法

摘要

对冷连轧后取1050合金板材缺陷样品进行扫描电镜和能谱分析，结果表明，板材的缺陷是由铸锭的氧化膜引起的。在分析研究其分布规律与形成特点的基础上，提出了防止氧化膜缺陷的措施和方法。%Defect sample of 1050 alloy sheet after continous cold rolling were taken and analyzed by SEM and Energy Spectrum Analysis. The results show that the defect of the sheet is result from the oxide film of ingot. The distribution and formation characteristics have been studied and the measures and methods to prevent oxidation film defects have been summarized in the process of ingot production.
