挤压筒的加热及在挤压过程中的温度控制对产品质量、生产效率、工具使用寿命、生产成本以及能耗和环保等均有重大意义.在分析了传统的挤压筒加热系统及温控装置的弊端之后,介绍了新型的铝挤压筒智能高效长寿命直插式金属加热管的研制与应用情况.%Container heating and temperature control in the extrusion process are significant for product quality, production efficien-cy, tool life, production cost and energy consumption and environmental protection. After analyzing the disadvantages of the heating system and temperature control device of traditional container, development and application situation of the new type of intelligent, high efficiency, long life direct insert metal heating tube for aluminum container are introduced in the paper.
