茂兰自然保护区社区参与能源建设的探讨

摘要

Summarized the 2001-2008 Maolan Nature Reserve in energy construction and community participation,that using participation idea and binding energy status&problems,to actively explore community participation in rural energy construction methods and organizational measures and the development direction to achieve the protection of forest resources to reduce firewood consumption,and promote the development of animal-husbandry,improving village sanitation,reducing disease,reducing the cost of agricultural production,increasing farmers'income and so on,resulted in good ecological,social and economic benefits.%总结了2001~2008年在茂兰保护区开展社区参与能源建设过程中,运用参与式理念,结合区内能源现状及存在的问题,积极探讨社区参与农村能源建设方式和组织措施及发展方向,实现了保护森林资源、减少薪材消耗量,促进养殖业的发展,改善村寨环境卫生、减少疾病发生,降低农业生产成本,增加农民经济收入等,最终取得了生态效益、社会效益和经济效益的显著效果.
