贵州茶叶灰分含量分析

             

摘要

Ash is an important indicator of quality evaluation of tea one, including the total ash, water soluble ash, acid insoluble ash, water soluble ash alkalinity of four indicators. If the total ash content, total ash and water-soluble ash content is high, said the tea in many nutrients beneficial to the body, is tea good quality performance. Guizhou Tea raw materials more tender, while the total ash content of up to 5.1% - 6.0% , accounting for 64% of the total number of tea samples above ; water-soluble ash content of most of the 60% to 80%, accounting for 87% of the total number of tea samples over .%对贵州茶叶灰分含量与品质的关系进行了分析。结果表明:贵州茶叶原料较嫩,总灰分含量以5.1%~6.0%最多,远高于国家标准限量,占茶样总数的64%以上;水溶性灰分的含量大多在60%~80%,高出国家标准15个百分点以上,占茶样总数的87%左右。说明,贵州茶叶矿质元素丰富,且有益营养元素多,茶叶品质好。
