鱼塘水中除草剂检验三例

摘要

建立了鱼塘水中除草剂成分的GC/MS检验方法。鱼塘水经SPE前处理后，进行GC/MS分析，从3起该类案件检材中检测出扑草净、莠去津和莠灭净成分。该方法简单易行，灵敏度高，结果准确，对办理鱼塘投毒案件具有重大意义。%A method for determining herbicides in fish pond water was established.Samples were extracted by using solid phrase extraction (SPE) and then detected by GC/MS. Prometryn,atrazine and ametryne atrazine in samples were deter-mined from 3 cases.The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, it can be used for rapid detection in casework.
