对村级组织干部任期和离任经济责任专项审计工作的探讨

Village-level organization is the organization foundation of the new rural construction, whether village-level cadres can correctly perform their duties directly related to the healthy development of the new rural construction and the farmer's interests. To strengthen the economic responsibility special audit of on-the-job and off-the-job village-level orga-nization cadre is the effective supervision of the rural cadres to perform their duties and is the effective measure to ensure the healthy operation of rural economy. This paper summarizes the main measures and achievements of the economic re-sponsibility special audit of on-the-job and off-the-job village-level organization cadre in Datong City, and provides refer-ence for further researches.%村级组织是新农村建设组织基础，村级干部能正确履行职责，关系到新农村建设健康发展和农民的切身利益。建立和加强村级组织干部任期和离任经济责任专项审计工作，是对广大农村干部履行职责情况的有效监督，是保障农村经济健康发展的有效手段。通过总结大同市执行村级组织干部任期和离任经济责任专项审计工作的做法和取得的成效，为全面开展此项工作提供借鉴。
