Compared with CK (uncased), there was significant difference in fruit' s weight with different types of bags. Among them, fruits in black bag averagely weighed 427.37 g, the biggest ones of all. Sugar content in different bags increased greatly compared with that of CK (uncased), in which the sugar content of stripe -encased fruits reached as high as 12.78%, an increase of 1.42%. Encased fruits clearly decreased their acid contents, thereinto the stripe-encased ones reached the lowest of 0.57%, 0.06% lower than CK (0.63%). It proved that encasing time didn't affect the fruit weight and sugar content, but significantly decreased acid content, with the fruits encased on June 3 having the lowest acid content. It is suggested that uncasing time of fruit should be 7 days before harvest.
