摘要

[目的]采用强化氧化混凝法对酸性废水的微量铊进行处理。[方法]本实验采用0.05 kg/L的高锰酸钾,30%过氧化氢和0.05 kg/L 的次氯酸钙为氧化剂,以0.092 kg/L CaO为絮凝剂对酸性废水中痕量铊进行强化氧化混凝法处理。[结果]在投加30 ml CaO的情况下,当高锰酸钾、过氧化氢和次氯酸钙的投加量分别为20,2.2和37 ml时,铊去除率可达99.98%,99.1%和99.95%;在高锰酸钾定量为20 ml、过氧化氢定量为2.2 ml和次氯酸钙定量为37 ml的情况下,CaO投加量分别为25、35和25 ml 时,铊去除率均可达99.93%,99.69%和99.98%。[结论]强化氧化混凝处理含铊酸性废水效果较佳。%[Objective] The aim was to treat acidic wastewater containing thal ium by enhanced coagulation oxidation process. [Method] Enhanced coagulation oxidation process was made use of to remove thal ium in the acidic wastewater in the exper-iment under the condition of 0.05 kg/L of potassium permanganate, 30% hydrogen peroxide and 0.05 kg/L calcium hypochlorite as oxidant, together with 0.092 kg/L CaO as coagulation. [Result] The results showed that thal ium removal efficiencies achieved 99.98%, 99.1% and 99.95% when dosages of KMnO4, H2O2 and Ca(ClO)2 were added at 20, 2.2 and 37 ml, respectively, under the condition of 30 ml 0.092 kg/L CaO being dosed and 99.93%, 99.69% and 99.98% were achieved when dif-ferent dosages of CaO were added at 25, 35 and 25 ml, under the condition of 20 ml KMnO4, 2.2 ml H2O2 and 37 ml Ca(ClO)2 respectively. [Conclusion] The experi-ment demonstrates that good removal effects of removal thal ium from the acidic wastewater would be achieved by enhanced coagulation oxidation process.
