摘要

[Objective] This study was conducted to establish the characteristic fingerprints of herbal materials in the Weinan section of the Yellow River Wetland. [Method] Scutellaria barbata materials were collected from the Weinan section of the Yellow River Wetland. Fingerprint analysis was performed using their mid-IR spectra, and an IR fingerprint analysis method of S. barbata was established. [Result] The four collected S. barbata materials had basically the same IR fingerprint characteristics. [Conclusion] S. barbata was identified by IR fingerprint method, and FTIR could serve as a rapid and scientific detection means for macro-control of S. barbata materials.%[目的]建立黄河湿地渭南段药材特征指纹图谱.[方法]采集黄河湿地渭南段的半枝莲药材,采用溴化钾压片法,利用中红外光谱对样品进行指纹图谱分析,建立了半枝莲药材红外指纹图谱分析方法.[结果]所采集4份半枝莲样品红外指纹特征基本相同.[结论]采用红外指纹图谱法可以对半枝莲进行有效的鉴定,FTIR可以作为半枝莲药材质量宏观控制的一个快速、 科学的检测手段.
