摘要

[目的]探讨黄河湿地渭南沈河段沉积物中微量金属离子的含量的测定方法.[方法]在一定优化的试验条件下,采用原子吸收分光光度法对沈河沉积物中微量金属含量进行分析,测定沈河底泥中Zn、Cu、Mg、Mn的含量.[结果]样品中Zn的含量为111.0 μg/g,Cu的含量为8.30 μg,/g,Mg的含量为99.0 μg/g,Mn的含量为469.5 μg/g.[结论]该方法简便迅速,准确度较高,可在生产生活中指导运用.%[Objective] This study was conducted to investigate the contents of trace metal ions in Youhe sediment in the Youhe reach of the Yellow River.[Method]Under certain experimental conditions,the contents of trace metal ions in the Weihe River sediment were mainly analyzed by atomic absorption spectrometry,including the contents of Zn,Cu,Mg and Mn.[Result] The Mn content in the bottom mud was 469.5 μg/g,which was the highest,followed by the Zn content of 111.0 μg/gand the Mg content of 99.0 μg/g,and the Cu content was the lowest,of 8.30 μg/g.[Conclusion] This method is simple and rapid with higher accuracy.
