辽宁省＂金蓝领计划＂实施研究

摘要

辽宁省农业广播电视学校是高技能人才培养“金蓝领计划”试点单位。介绍3a来农广校试点工作开展情况，总结“金蓝领计划”的具体实施措施和取得的成效，并针对项目实施过程中存在的问题提出改进建议。%Liaoning Agricultural Broadcasting Television School is a pilot project unit for cultivating skilled and talented personnel which is called ＂Golden Blue Collar Plan＂. This article reviews the past three years practice of the project, the specific measures taken for this plan and the achievement in this respect. In addition, the author makes analysis on the existent problems and puts forward proposals to address these problems.
