抚顺市“8·16”特大暴雨山洪灾害调查分析

in 2013, Liaoning province Fushun area suffered the heaviest storm flood in the last 1 000 years, causing heavy losses. Field research and questionnaires were adopted to conduct an in-depth study of the causes of this heavy rain and flood disaster, the benefits from flood control engineering was summarized and the existing problems were identified in flood control work. Accordingly, and sugges-tions were put forward for the future flood management and disaster prevention and mitigation work.%2013年辽宁省抚顺地区遭受千年一遇暴雨洪水袭击，损失惨重。采用实地调研、问卷调查等方式，深入研究暴雨山洪灾害的成因，总结防洪工程发挥的防洪效益，查找防汛工作中存在的问题，并提出今后防汛管理和防灾减灾的工作建议。
